THE HUNGER V.4-HALLOWEEN-Monster of Massive-39 ACTS-24+BANDS@Jack's/Kilroy's/Black Pirates Pub-19+ /Saturday October 31st@8:00pm

Definitely Superior Art Gallery was recently asked to be featured in the premiere edition of a new magazine publication for Thunder Bay called Fresh. Should be out in September and in the publication we placed a targeted advertisement for The Hunger V.4 event meant to specifically promote artists/musicians. The magazine is unique in that it is strategically aimed at the 25-45 age demographics, with a run of 10,000 copies and delivered to households. This will be a great opportunity for the artists and musicians in Thunder Bay if even a small percentage take note of what is happening and taking place as far as original contemporary arts and music in their own city! New audiences is what we would like to see and always work towards developing. I think they will like what they see and hear...then again I'm sure it will scare the hell out of some and consider us freaks...well good, maybe they should just stick to their reality TV shows instead of engaging in reality anyways! Soon the list of bands and entertainment, we do have a lot! Phase 2.0 in promotions is about to begin, as you can see I love numbers and science...Phase 1.0 started in June. More to come!

You don't have to have "everyone always enjoying the same things" to reach a demographic. Aside from breathing, eating and a good shit now and then, everyone always enjoying the same things never happens in life.

Waybackers, Prof. Bananas, misterbiskets [artists/musicians] all prove the point that all 25-45 year olds do not enjoy the same things as say what you might imagine the typical 25-45 year old. So when you aim your shotgun of contemporary arts/music at a crowd of 10,000 expect maybe 10%...that's a nice number to be hit, some only wounded, maybe another 15%, but wounded they are and they might be interested in stepping into the fringe of artistic disciplines as well and others...well they are still wandering aimlessly in a big box somewhere. So, even a small percentage is a great thing+new audiences...glee!

Simmer. Just because it's aimed at 25+ doesn't mean you're not allowed to read it.

Actually it is not an Art Mag, but rather it is a magazine covering a variety of articles focused on local Thunder Bay content on holistic living, nutrition, fitness, healthy local growing/food, local retailers and fashion, and of course cultural/art events as a Mental Refresh...using art to rejuvinate the batteries. Art is good...eat it up... Yum!!

HaHa....mmmm -definitely not Dougall Media. Speaking of media, I always thought it would be a cool thing for the city to have an underground/alt newspaper, much like bigger cities, [Toronto's NOWW] as the local news seems to ignore much of what is going on in Thunder Bay, especially when it has to do with the whole younger demographics and art/music scene. I remember Mike Craib [Twist of Faith] from the Crocks days started something like that-it did not last long, basically due to the whole time thing, money thing etc. but it was a nice attempt. There has got to be a way to get the city/tourism/grants to support such a venture and create a few cool jobs for a few cool people...think about it-journalism/reviews/social-political rantings/photographers/creative writing,,,,mmm thinking is good. Remember The Hunger V.4 Saturday October 31st @8pm lots o surprises! Supporting the Contemporary arts is a good thing, thats what we do!
